Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. Swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You may also return items in-store at any Sunsations location with your receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us or visit any store location to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed at the current selling price.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
